Multiple nodes can be on the bus with 7-bit addressing.
The few software libraries for the INA219 and i2c assume use with an Arduino, but some dude over on Github did a nice Python port of the INA219/i2c library. However, there looks to have been a bug in the original Arduino version regarding two’s complements and the code on Github needs a slight patch to properly measure negative voltages.
To use the INA3221, you connect the I2C bus up to an Arduino or Raspberry Pi (using the Grove connector or the Pin headers) and then connect the loads that you want to measure as shown in the block diagram below.
